After purchasing our 125 acre farm in 1997 we raised Cattle, Sheep and Warmblood horses, along with German Shepherds, amidst while working full time jobs in the city. I must say, life was busy then. As young children, we both grew up owning a white German Shepherd and they had left such an impact on our lives we decided to go that route. Now on the farm, we decided to buy our first White German Shepherd, which led to, of course, the White Swiss Shepherds 16 years ago. Our first came from the USA, one of which was a French Import. Then came the German Import along with another from Chile South America. All of which had impeccable pedigree’s from reputable breeders and Champion Titles. Then began all the health tests and x-rays to be sure we were breeding some of the best puppies possible. Although we have downsized on the White Swiss shepherds, we also reverted back to the German Shepherds, but this time leaning toward the Long Coats as with the Whites and the German’s, the long coats have always been our passion.
